Registrations for the MasterMind expert week, which takes place in the ETGOM Training Centre in Belgium, are only final and confirmed after receival of the full payment due, as described online. Participant scan benefit from early bird conditions under certain circumstances as described online and also receive the opportunity to pay the full registration amount in 3 parcels, as long as the final payment date is respected.
In case of annulation on behalve of ETGOM, the participant will receive a full refund of the amount already paid by the participant.
In case of annulation on behalve of the participant an administration cost of 500 Euro will be charged. In case of cancellations before 3 months of the start of the course the already paid amount will be refunded minus 500 Euro cancellation cost. For all cancellations as from 3 months before the start of the course, no refunds are provided. In that case, the participant can choose to deposit the already paid amount for the next MasterMind course which will be planned.
I refer also refer to the detailed description of all the costs which are included in the registration fee of the MasterMind week.
For all regular modular courses which are offered world wide by our third organisation partners, all administration, accountancy and registration procedures go directly through the third organisation party.
The online distance learning platform provides different study packages. Access to those packages can be purchased on an individual basis. It is absolutely prohibited to copy, or to share with a third party, any content of this platform and/or to show its content to a public audience on conferences, courses, lectures, etc… unless you received witten conscent of Steven De Coninck, chair of ETGOM.
On purchase of a study package you will have unlimited access ) for a period of 90 days, or 12 months, depending on the package purchased, counting from the date of purchase, after having received full payment of the chosen package. Refunds are not provided.

After your licence period has ended, you will be notified and you will receive the opportunity to expand your license for the package purchased and/or to upgrade to another study package, according to availability.
Health professionals who a participant on the “live” modular hands on courses of ETGOM will receive special purchase conditions on specific study packages upon request (please submit your ETGOM course certificate by email to firstname.lastname@example.org). If people sign in for the Masterclass package by using the course participants bonus code, then the online coaching sessions will not be part of the study package.
The new Masterclass including coaching sessions through WhatsApp is valid for purchases as from 1 march 2022.
The "live" coaching sessions through WhatsApp as part of the Masterclass package can only take place by appointment from monday-friday, in the time period from 08 am until 08 pm, Central European Time.
The credential certificate is only provided with the “Masterclass” study package and will be sent by email after the client has viewed the entire course content of the “Masterclass” package and after successful completion of an online test, which contains 25 multi-option MCQ’s.
In case you purchased an online toolbox on www.orthopaedicmedicine.eu and at a later stage you register and pay for the MasterMind private training, then a refund of your online masterclass purchase is awarded.
All content of this platform is protected by author and copy rights and any infringement of those rights is liable to legal action.
If some technical problems would appear which interfere with the proper functioning of the platform and if those problems are directly related to a malfunction of the platform itself, we will do our best to solve this problem as soon as we can, so that you can further enjoy your online course. If you report some technical problem (e.g. “I can’t see the film anymore”) we are going to log in to your account to check some technical features and if we would see there is no problem with the function of the platform at our end and therefore the cause of the problems seems to be at the client’s end (browser, firewall, hard ware problems, etc.) then of course we cannot be held responsible for that. If necessary our developper tries to help you through a teamviewer session, in which he takes over your computer (under your supervision) in order to analyse the problem. If you receive any error messages, please let us know and share the particular message with us.
